Forecast and ROI
Forecast and ROI are the financial control layer of AI 1-to-1 Delivery. Forecast lets the team review expected reach, cost, redemption, incremental sales, and ROI before launch; ROI tracking compares actual post-delivery behavior against the forecast when actuals are available.
Use Casesβ
| Use Case |
|---|
| -> Approve only the generated campaigns whose forecast fits the business goal and budget. |
| -> Compare campaign cost, incremental sales, and estimated ROI before execution. |
| -> Use ROI KPIs to interpret post-delivery performance once actuals are available. |
How It Worksβ
After validation and generation, the AI Plan detail exposes generated campaigns and plan-level forecast review.
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Campaigns | Generated AI campaigns, business goals, Customers, discount cost, incremental sales, ROI, approval status, and actions to review Audience or Forecast details |
| Forecast | Plan-level forecast totals and per-campaign forecast rows |
The forecast is the approval screen: the team reviews expected reach, cost, redemption, incremental sales, and ROI before launching. Approving a campaign accepts it for execution; rejected or draft campaigns are not sent.

Forecast is generated after the Coupons Bank is validated and AI campaigns are created. Campaign approval happens from the generated campaign/forecast review flow before plan execution.
