Intelligent Delivery

Intelligent Delivery (formerly AI-suggested Campaigns) is the plan-based personalization layer. Instead of launching one manual campaign at a time, teams group several campaign objectives into a plan, configure audiences and coupons, review the forecast, approve the budget, and then launch or schedule the plan.

This section covers standard Intelligent Delivery plans. AI 1-to-1 Delivery is documented as a separate Campaign Personalization group because it starts from a business objective and Coupons Bank, then generates campaign structure, audiences, coupon allocation, and forecast automatically.

The key differentiator: before launching, you can review the operational forecast for each campaign action β€” expected reach, delivery, redemption, budget, incremental sales, and ROI indicators. After launch, the ROI view tracks actual performance against the forecast and supports reminders, exports, and voucher reprints.

Use Cases

Use Case
β†’ Build a monthly plan with Recovery, Up-selling, Cross-selling, and Custom campaigns, then approve only the campaign actions whose forecast fits the budget.
β†’ Plan a CPG co-marketing activation, group campaigns by supplier/category, and review forecasted budget and incremental sales before launch.
β†’ Configure a product reactivation plan for Customers who stopped buying a category, assign coupons, then compare ROI against the control group after execution.
β†’ Launch an omnichannel plan where each audience action is split by email/SMS priority and reminder cost is tracked in ROI.

How It Works

  1. Create a plan with validity dates, printing dates, optional CSV creation, and optional ROI calculation scheduling.
  2. Add one or more campaigns to the plan: Custom, Supplier, Recovery, Up-selling, Cross-selling, or 1-to-1 if enabled.
  3. Configure each campaign definition: objective, category, product scope, restricted Audience, supplier, or custom Audience actions depending on the type.
  4. Build the Audience step by assigning coupons, adjusting estimated delivery/redemption inputs when needed, and configuring channel splits for omnichannel delivery.
  5. Review the Forecast tab, calculate or refresh forecast data, change coupons if needed, and approve the campaign actions that should be included in the plan launch.
  6. Launch immediately or schedule the approved plan. Only approved campaigns are executed.
  7. After delivery, use ROI by Plan to calculate actual performance, send reminders, reprint vouchers, export ROI, and compare actuals against forecast.
