Plan Actions and Lifecycle

Plan actions define what operators can do with an Intelligent Delivery plan before and after it is sent. They are important because a plan can contain several campaign actions, each with its own forecast, approval status, delivery state, and ROI follow-up.

Plan lifecycle

What can be changed after sending?

Once a plan has been launched, the generated Vouchers and communication tasks represent real Customer assignments. Treat the launched plan as an execution record.

ItemAfter launch behavior
Plan metadataCan be reviewed; editing depends on status and permissions.
Generated VouchersExisting assignments should not be changed from the plan editor. Use support/technical investigation when correction is needed.
Communication copyDoes not change messages that were already sent.
Future remindersCan be configured or cancelled depending on campaign status and channel setup.
ROI calculationCan be refreshed after delivery when ROI is enabled.

Delivery summary

Use the delivery summary when a campaign appears not to have reached Customers.

Check:

  • Total campaign actions included in launch.
  • Vouchers created.
  • Pending deliveries.
  • Delivery errors by channel.
  • Whether the campaign action was approved before launch.
  • Whether the plan was launched immediately or scheduled for a future date.
