Targeted Delivery
Targeted Delivery (formerly Manual Campaigns) lets marketing teams manually select a promotional mechanic and deliver it to a defined audience. It is the direct, human-controlled layer of campaign execution.
Use Casesβ
| Use Case |
|---|
| β Product reactivation: Customers who bought Coca-Cola in the last 12 months but not in the last 3 months receive a targeted coupon, with a control group kept aside to measure incremental impact. |
| β Cross-sell: Customers who bought vegetables in the last 3 months but have not bought fish receive a discount, challenge, or points campaign for the fish category. |
| β Voucher reminder: Customers who received a 5 EUR voucher but have not redeemed it receive an email, SMS, push, or in-app reminder before expiration. |
| β Recognition: Top spenders, VIP Customers, or selected CSV lists receive fixed points, a reward, or a game as a surprise benefit. |
| β Surprise and delight: VIP Customers receive a Targeted Instant Win β every purchase over 30 EUR during the month gives them a chance to win a Spin the Wheel participation or bonus points. |
| β Partner-funded activation: Customers who bought a CPG category in the last 60 days receive a supplier-funded promotion, with third-party consent and control group enabled when measurement is required. |
How It Worksβ
- You configure what the campaign delivers: a discount, fixed points injection, points campaign, reward, game, challenge, Instant Win, promo reminder, or informative message.
- You select a saved Audience β the set of Customers who will receive the offer.
- You optionally enable a control group to keep part of the audience unimpacted for lift and ROI measurement.
- You choose a channel (in-app, email, or SMS) for the communication.
- When you send, each Customer in the impacted audience receives a unique voucher code tied to their identity.
- The send is recorded as a send history entry with a snapshot of the configuration, budget, and limits for full auditability.

Owner App Tabsβ
The Targeted Delivery list is organized by operational status. Use the tabs to understand whether a campaign is still editable, waiting to be sent, already sent, or available only as an execution history.
| Tab | What it shows | Main actions |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Draft campaigns that have not been sent yet | Create, edit, clone, delete, batch clone, batch create, and send selected campaigns |
| Scheduled | Campaigns scheduled for a future send date | Review schedule, clone, remove schedule, delete, or export |
| Sending | Campaigns currently being checked, enqueued, or delivered | View details, clone, export; editing is disabled while delivery is in progress |
| Sent | Campaign definitions that have already been delivered | View details/statistics, clone, reuse selected campaigns, or export |
| Histories | Individual send history records generated by each execution | View send details, open the historical Audience snapshot, cancel Vouchers, reprint Vouchers, view statistics, or export |
| Categories | Campaign categories used to organize sends | Maintain category labels for filtering and reporting |
Reuse is available from the Sent tab. It creates a new pending campaign from a previously sent campaign so the team can adjust it and send it again without changing the original send history.
