Legacy Template Campaigns
Legacy Template Campaigns (also called Blueprints) are pre-built campaign configurations for common loyalty and promotional use cases. They remain available for existing configurations, but new plan-based campaign planning should use Intelligent Delivery.
Each template includes a pre-configured promotion type, a suggested audience definition, a recommended channel, and default win limits. All fields remain fully editable before activation.

Available Template Typesβ
Navigate to Campaign Personalization β Template Campaigns and click Create Template campaign to see the six types:
| Type | Business Objective | Audience Logic |
|---|---|---|
| Potential | Re-activate Customers who used to spend more; return them to their previous behavior | Segment calculated by expenditure: total per cart |
| Upselling | Move Customers to the next level by buying product families they already engage with | Customers currently buying in a category but below target spend |
| Recuperation | Re-engage Customers who were good shoppers but have stopped buying | Lapsed Customers with no recent purchase |
| Coupon reminder | Send a single coupon to a segment and inform them through multiple channels | Any saved audience; re-engages recipients who have not redeemed |
| Multicoupon | Reward a Customer segment with several coupons to increase purchases over time | Any saved audience; multiple coupons distributed per Customer |
| Custom | Link manual campaigns to a budget or incremental ROI report | Fully manual β select any audience and configure manually |

How It Worksβ
- Navigate to Campaign Personalization β Template Campaigns in the Owner App.
- Click Create Template campaign and select one of the six template types.
- Fill in the campaign definition: Period (time window for audience calculation) and Attributes (type-specific parameters such as product category or expenditure threshold).
- Configure the campaign deliveries: select the promotion types to deliver and schedule their send dates.
- Optionally check Include in ROI? to include results in your ROI analysis. If yes, enter the expected high and low prize redemption percentages.
- Click Save to save as a draft, or Schedule delivery to activate immediately.
- Monitor campaign status from the Template Campaigns main screen.
The resulting campaign is identical to one built manually β the template pre-fills the most common configuration for that objective. All analytics, history, and auditability features apply equally.
