Additional Costs

Additional Costs lets you define the extra charge types your company uses on carts — shipping, packaging, service fees, and similar surcharges.

Go to Configuration → Company → Additional Costs in Owner.

The list shows ID, Name, and Slug.

Create an Additional Cost

Click Create New Additional Cost and fill in:

Field	Required	Description
Name	Yes	Display label in Owner (e.g. "Shipping", "Packaging")
Slug	Yes	Technical key used in the API. Only letters, numbers, underscores, or hyphens. Must be unique per company.

Click Save to create it.

Edit an Additional Cost

You can change the Name at any time. The Slug is locked after creation and cannot be changed.

There is no delete action. Additional cost types cannot be removed once created.
