Company Data
Company Data is the configuration area where companies manage the master data that loyalty mechanics depend on: the product catalog, store locations, and promotional discount configurations. Before a discount or points campaign can reference a product category, store, or promotion, that entity must exist in Company Data.
What You Can Do

How It Works
Company Data is loaded once during onboarding and kept in sync through your integration:
- Product catalog can be managed through the Owner App, file imports, or the Streaming API — companies can choose the operating model that best fits their systems. New SKUs become eligible for active promotions once they are synced.
- Store catalog can also be managed through the Owner App, file imports, or the Streaming API — store attributes (region, format, franchise) enable geographic and store-type targeting in campaigns.
- Promotions define general discounts that apply to all customers automatically, without requiring a voucher or coupon.
- All active discounts and points campaigns are evaluated against this catalog data in real time at checkout.

Company Data is the source of truth for product and store eligibility across all modules. Keeping it accurate is essential for predictable promotion behavior.
