Scheduled Exports
Scheduled Exports let a Company deliver operational loyalty data to an external bucket on a regular cadence. They are commonly used when the retailer needs campaign assignments, Audiences, or voucher lists in downstream systems.
Use Casesβ
Use Case
---
-> Export assigned Vouchers every day so a POS or CRM can consume the latest Customer-coupon relationships.
-> Export an Audience list to an external marketing platform.
-> Share daily campaign output with a retailer data lake.
-> Keep a downstream BI process aligned with Loyal Guru campaign execution.
What can be exportedβ
The available export types depend on the Company setup, but scheduled exports usually cover operational datasets such as:
- Audience membership.
- Assigned Vouchers.
- Coupon or campaign assignment files.
- Customer identifiers required by the external destination.
Export format is normally CSV. Destination, cadence, and file naming are configured during onboarding or by support/technical teams.
How it worksβ
Operational checksβ
When an expected file is missing:
- Confirm the export is enabled for the Company.
- Confirm the schedule and timezone.
- Confirm the destination bucket and access permissions.
- Confirm the source campaign or Audience generated data for that date.
- Confirm whether the job failed or produced an empty file.
Configurationβ
Scheduled Exports are usually configured during onboarding with Loyal Guru technical support. Operational users should verify the desired export source, destination, format, cadence, and responsible downstream system before enabling them.
