Store Catalog
The Store Catalog is the master list of all physical and digital store locations in Loyal Guru. It powers store-level targeting in campaigns, audience conditions, and performance reporting. Every purchase sent via the Streaming API includes a store_id that maps to an entry in this catalog.
What You Can Doβ
| Capability | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Create and manage store locations with addresses and contact details | Enables accurate store-level campaign targeting and reporting |
| Assign stores to categories and taxonomies | Unlocks store-category conditions in the audience builder and campaign delivery |
| Mark stores as active or inactive | Ensures campaign delivery excludes closed or inactive locations |
How It Worksβ
- Store locations are loaded during onboarding from your store master data.
- Each store has attributes (region, format, franchise) that are used as targeting conditions in campaigns and audiences.
- When a cart event is sent via the Streaming API, it includes a
store_idthat maps to this catalog entry. - Campaign reports and audience counts automatically filter by the store's attributes.
