Logs
At this time, the Logs section is available for Webhooks only. Log support for other connector types is coming in future releases.
Overviewβ
The Logs section within the Webhooks & Connectors module lets you consult the history of outbound requests made by your webhook connectors. Each log entry records detailed information about the connector, the action executed, the creation date, the number of delivery attempts, the final status, and the full request payload sent.
Accessing the Logs Sectionβ
- Go to the Webhooks & Connectors module from the main menu.
- In the tab bar at the top, select Logs.
The other available tab is Outbound, which shows the configuration of outbound connectors.
Filters Panelβ
When you open the Logs tab, a filters panel is displayed at the top. It can be hidden or shown by clicking the Hide filters / Show filters link in the upper-right corner.
:::note Default date range and timezone
- If no From / To values are set, the search returns logs from the last 24 hours by default.
- All dates and times are shown in the company's configured timezone. :::
Available Filter Fieldsβ
| Field | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connectors | Multi-select | Yes | Filter logs by one or more webhook connectors |
| Actions | Multi-select | Yes | Filter by the action associated with the delivery (e.g. voucher redeem) |
| From | Date & time | No | Start of the search range. Format: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss. Defaults to 24 hours ago if empty |
| To | Date & time | No | End of the search range. Same format as From. Defaults to the current moment if empty |
| Status | Dropdown | No | Filter by delivery status: OK or ERROR |
Connectors and Actions are required fields. A search cannot be executed without selecting at least one value in each of them.
Panel Action Buttonsβ
- Search β Runs the search with the applied filters and refreshes the results table.
- Clear β Clears all filters and resets the panel to its initial state.
Results Tableβ
Once the search is executed, matching log entries are displayed in a table with the following columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique identifier of the log entry, generated by the system |
| Creation date | Date and time the record was created, in the company's timezone. Format: dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss |
| Attempts | Number of delivery attempts made for this log entry |
| Status | Final delivery status: OK (green) or ERROR (red) |
An eye icon on the left side of each row opens the full detail view for that log entry.
Log Detailβ
Clicking the eye icon on any row opens the Log detail panel with the complete information for that record.
Record Informationβ
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| ID | Unique identifier of the log entry |
| Connector | Name of the webhook connector that triggered the delivery |
| Action | Name of the action that was executed |
| Creation date | Date and time the record was created, shown in the company's timezone |
| Attempts | Number of delivery attempts made |

Request Sectionβ
Shows the HTTP request that was sent to the external endpoint:
- Method and URL β Displays the HTTP method (e.g.
POST) followed by the destination URL. - JSON body β A syntax-highlighted code viewer showing the full payload that was sent.
The Copy JSON button copies the complete request body to the clipboard, which is useful for debugging or manually reproducing the call.
To close the detail panel, click the Γ button in the upper-right corner.
Status Valuesβ
| Value | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| OK | Green | The delivery was successful and the endpoint responded with a success status |
| ERROR | Red | The delivery failed β due to an error from the destination endpoint, a timeout, a network issue, or similar. Open the log detail to review the request and diagnose the issue |
Frequently Asked Questionsβ
Why are there no results after clicking Search? Make sure the required fields Connectors and Actions each have at least one value selected. If the filters are correct, it is possible that no logs exist for the specified date range or status.
What date range is used if I don't set From / To? If no date and time values are provided, the search automatically covers the last 24 hours up to the current moment.
In which timezone are the dates and times shown? All dates and times in the results are displayed in the timezone configured for your company.
What does the Attempts field mean? It indicates how many times the system attempted to send the request to the endpoint. A value greater than 1 means there were retries due to previous failures.
Can I export the logs? Currently, the available functionality is copying the JSON of each individual log using the Copy JSON button. If you need to export multiple records, please contact the technical team.
How often are logs updated? Logs are recorded in real time each time a webhook connector makes a delivery. The search always reflects the most up-to-date state at the moment it is executed.
Are logs available for other connector types? Not yet. Currently, only Webhook connector logs are available. Support for other connector types is planned for future releases.
