Standard Roles Matrix

Los roles estándar son plantillas de acceso predefinidas de Loyal Guru. Usa esta matriz para elegir el rol más cercano a cada operador y asignarlo directamente, o clonarlo a un rol personalizado si necesitas una variación.

Esta página es una referencia de producto. Loyal Guru puede actualizar los permisos de los roles estándar con el tiempo: confirma el checklist en vivo en Configuration → Users → Roles cuando necesites una decisión exacta de permiso.

Los nombres de permiso de las tablas se mantienen en inglés, alineados con las etiquetas habituales de Owner.

Visión general de roles estándar

• Owner (rol estándar): Autoridad de negocio completa de la compañía. Acceso completo (✅) a todos los módulos. Es el único rol estándar con supervisión total de la plataforma.
• User Admin: Control de acceso centrado en Configuration (Users, Roles, Privacy). Sin acceso (❌) a módulos de marketing ni Loyalty Insights — separa administración y estrategia.
• Marketing Specialist: Operador de campañas del día a día. Acceso completo (✅) a Promotional, Gamified y Campaign Personalization. Acceso parcial (🔷) a Configuration para ajustes de marketing.
• Marketing Viewer: Rol estratégico de solo lectura. Puede ver módulos de campañas (Promotional, Gamified, Personalization) pero no editar.
• Content Creator: Producción de canales y contenido. Acceso completo (✅) a canales de Campaign Personalization (emails, landings y contenido relacionado). Sin acceso (❌) a la lógica de promociones ni Loyalty Insights.
• Tech Integration: Arquitecto técnico. Acceso completo (✅) a Configuration (APIs, syncs, webhooks) y Company Data. Sin acceso (❌) a marketing o insights.
• Analytics: Especialista de datos. Acceso completo (✅) a Loyalty Insights.
• Support Lead: Soporte avanzado. Acceso completo (✅) a Customers con acciones de perfil; solo lectura (🔵) en catálogos de tienda y producto; sin acceso (❌) a campañas.
• Support Agent: Soporte de primera línea. Acceso de visualización (🔵) a Customers y catálogos; sin acceso (❌) a campañas.
