Create a Game

OptionDescription
Prize poolDefine a diverse set of prizes: discounts, points, free products, experiences, or no-win outcomes.
Win probabilityAssign exact odds per prize. Example: 5% cinema ticket, 20% bonus points, 75% no win.
Stock limitsCap the total times a specific prize can be won to protect promotional budget.
Play limitsControl view/play frequency per customer: once per day, per campaign, or unlimited.
IntegrationGames are rendered in the brand app or website via API with full Look & Feel customization.
Eligibility pathGames can be made available through customer conditions, purchase/event triggers, challenge completion, or Targeted Delivery.

How It Works

  1. You create a game (Scratch & Win or Spin the Wheel) with a set of prize outcomes, each with a probability weight.
  2. You configure who can see and play it: customer conditions, Targeted Delivery, purchase/event triggers, or challenge completion.
  3. The customer receives access to a play when the eligibility path matches.
  4. When the customer plays, the platform evaluates the probability pool and returns the outcome.
  5. The prize is awarded immediately only when the outcome is a winning prize.

Choosing the Eligibility Path

PathBest forImportant behavior
Customer conditionsAlways-on access based on a Customer attribute, tier, loyalty anniversary, or external segment stored as an attributeThe game remains available while the Customer matches the condition. No repeated send is needed to refresh the attribute.
Targeted DeliveryOne-off or scheduled campaign delivery to an AudienceThe send creates an assignment snapshot. To keep refreshing eligibility, schedule or repeat the Targeted Delivery.
Audience / segment filtersPurchase history, campaign behavior, coupon redemption, or complex segmentationBuild the Audience from historical behavior and use it in the delivery or eligibility setup.

If a company already maintains external customer segments, ingest those segments as Customer attributes whenever possible. Then use those attributes in the game's customer conditions instead of manually resending the game.

Play conditions and limits control visibility and play entitlement. They do not decide whether the Customer wins the reward. The reward outcome comes from the prize pool, win probabilities, and prize stock limits.
