This section covers the Legacy Points integration. If your company was onboarded before 2025, you may still be using this engine. Points are configured as Loyalty Rules under a separate Rules Engine section — not under Loyalty and Promotional engine.

What makes this engine different
The Legacy engine is a points-only scoring system — not a full promotional engine. Key differences from the current engine:
